In 2006, Valery Mityakin, the owner of a small company producing rubber coatings, was leafing through a franchise catalog and suddenly came across an offer from the Canadian company Mad Science. In this business, a lot is built on charisma, so Ganailyuk selects presenters from among actors, not teachers. Natalia Potapova assures that all profits are reinvested into the museum collection by the co-owners. In December, the partners opened a branch of the museum in Saratov, deciding to test a smaller model of the Experimentanium (its area is 600 sq. m) in one of the typical cities with a million population. 6.8 The seller is not responsible for delays in delivery caused by delays in the delivery service or Russian Post.

7. Revocation of the offer

7.1. Revocation of the offer (Agreement) may be carried out by the Seller at any time, but this is not a basis for waiver of the Seller’s obligations under already concluded agreements. The Seller undertakes to place a notice of revocation of the offer in its online store, indicating the exact time (4th time zone (Moscow)) of the revocation of the Offer, no less than 12 hours before the event of revocation (suspension) of the Offer, with the exception of cases when the Goods in the Seller's warehouse run out suddenly.

8. Force majeure.

8.1. If force majeure circumstances occur that a party to this Agreement could neither foresee nor prevent by reasonable measures, the deadline for fulfilling obligations under this Agreement is extended in proportion to the time during which such circumstances continue to operate, without compensation for any losses. For such events emergency, in particular, include: floods, fire, earthquake, explosion, storm, soil subsidence, other natural phenomena, epidemic, as well as war or hostilities, terrorist acts; voltage drops in the electrical network and other circumstances leading to failure technical means any of the parties to the contract.

8.2. A party for which a situation has arisen in which it has become impossible to fulfill its obligations due to the occurrence of force majeure circumstances is obliged to notify the other party in writing about the occurrence, expected duration and termination of these circumstances. side.

8.3. In the event of a dispute about the time of occurrence, duration and end of force majeure circumstances, the conclusion of the competent authority at the location of the relevant Party will be appropriate and sufficient confirmation of the beginning, duration and end of these circumstances.
Failure to notify or untimely notification of a party about the onset of force majeure circumstances deprives it of the future right to refer to them as a basis releasing from liability for failure to fulfill obligations under this agreement.

8.4. If force majeure circumstances and/or their consequences continue to apply for more than 30 (thirty) calendar days in a row, the Agreement may be terminated at the initiative of either party by sending a written notice to the other party.

9. Responsibility of the parties.

9.1. For failure to fulfill or improper fulfillment of the terms of this Agreement, the Parties are liable in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.

9.2. All text information and graphic images, posted in the online store and on the website belong to Veselaya Nauka LLC, or have another legal copyright holder, and therefore the illegal use of this information and images is prosecuted in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

10. Warranty

10.1. Guarantee period the Product is installed by its manufacturer.

11. Return of goods

11.1. The Buyer has the right to refuse the received Goods of proper quality and return the Goods to the Seller within 7 (seven) days from the date of receipt of the Goods, subject to the safety of the Goods, the presentation and consumer qualities of the Goods, as well as a document confirming the fact and conditions of purchase of the specified Goods and other documentation transferred to the Buyer with the Goods.

The Buyer is obliged to return the Goods to the Seller on his own and at his own expense to the address: 141707, Moscow region, Dolgoprudny, Likhachevsky proezd, 4 building 1, from Monday to Friday from 10.00 to 18.00 hours.

The amount paid by the Buyer for the Goods is refunded in cash at the office upon return of the Goods or to the bank account specified by the Buyer.

11.2. The following items are not subject to exchange or return:

Non-periodical publications (books, brochures, albums, cartographic and musical publications, sheet art publications, calendars, booklets, publications reproduced on technical media)

11.3. Claims regarding Products of inadequate quality. A Product of inadequate quality means a Product that is defective and cannot ensure the fulfillment of its functional qualities. The Product received must correspond to the description on the website. Appearance and the completeness of the Product, as well as the completeness of the entire order, must be checked by the recipient at the time of delivery of the Product (except for delivery by mail or third-party delivery service/courier service). Upon delivery of the Goods, the Buyer puts his signature on the Delivery Certificate, in the line: “The Goods were delivered in good condition, complete, have no external mechanical damage and are in original packaging.” After receiving the order, claims regarding external defects of the product, its quantity, completeness and presentation not accepted. If the Buyer was given the Goods of inadequate quality, and it was not agreed upon in advance by the Seller, the Buyer has the right to take advantage of the provisions of Art. 18 of the Law on Protection of Consumer Rights. The Buyer has the right to demand replacement of the Goods, refuse to fulfill the sales contract, return the Goods of inadequate quality and demand a refund of the amount paid for the Goods. The seller is obliged to accept the Goods of inadequate quality from the consumer and conduct a quality check of the Goods (examination) within 20 days from the date of presentation of the specified requirement. Any of the above requirements must be presented by the Buyer in writing.

11.4. To return funds to the Buyer’s bank card, it is necessary to fill out the “Application for Refund of Funds”, which is sent upon request by the Seller to the Buyer’s email address, and send it, along with a copy of the Buyer’s passport, to the Seller at the address: 141707, Moscow region, Dolgoprudny, Likhachevsky proezd, 4. page 1.

To return funds credited to the Seller's bank account by mistake through payment systems, the Buyer must submit a written application and attach a copy of the passport and checks/receipts confirming the erroneous crediting. This application must be sent to the Seller at the address: 141707, Moscow region, Dolgoprudny, Likhachevsky proezd, 4 building 1. After receiving a written application with a copy of the passport and checks/receipts attached, the Seller makes a refund within 10 (ten) working days from the date of receipt of the 3 application to the Buyer’s bank account specified in the application. In this case, the refund amount will be equal to the amount of funds erroneously credited to the Seller’s current account minus bank commissions.

The period for consideration of the Application and return of funds to the Buyer begins to be calculated from the moment the Seller receives the Application and is calculated in working days without taking into account holidays/weekends. If the application is received by the Seller after 18.00 on a working day or on a holiday/weekend, the moment the Company receives the Application is considered to be the next working day.

The Buyer must provide the request for the return of the Goods to the Seller either in writing at the address: 141707, Moscow region, Dolgoprudny, Likhachevsky proezd, 4 building. The requirement can be drawn up in free form with the obligatory indication of the Buyer’s contact details, which coincide with those specified when ordering the Product, the name of the returned Product and the reasons for the return. The Buyer has the right to ask all questions to the Seller by calling +7 495 617-41-11.

If the Product is returned of inadequate quality, the Seller reimburses the Buyer for the cost of the returned Product and the cost of delivery paid by the Buyer. If the Goods are returned of proper quality, the refunded amount will be reduced by the amount of the commission for transferring funds to the Buyer’s account, as well as by the cost of delivering the Goods from the Buyer back to the Seller.

In case of payment by bank card Refunds are made in full, without deduction of commission, if the bank does not charge this commission.

12. Other conditions.

12.1. The parties will try to resolve all disputes related to non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment of their obligations under this agreement through negotiations.

12.2. If no agreement is reached during negotiations, disputes will be resolved in court in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
