I didn't like that they were too strict about homework. Moreover, there are many of them. Somewhere sitting on a chair for about an hour a day and doing exercises for about half an hour. If someone has no family and nothing else to do, then one can understand them. When I asked if any of those who have been going to these “classes” for a long time have families. As for me personally, I just crawled into the course. I had depression, for which I was treated for several years to no avail. For me, the problem was leaving the house, going to work or going to the store, I didn’t laugh for 2 or 3 years. I looked at people, I understood that they “should” laugh, but I didn’t find it funny. And it seemed to me that I would never laugh again. I had a problem getting my head off the pillow. And no medications, no antidepressants helped me, I gained more than 25 kg, but to no avail. And the guys put me on my feet, now I’m just flying. To say that I am grateful to them is to say nothing, they simply brought me back to life. I have been in the center for more than 2 years, I have a lot of friends, and I consider myself a happy person. I look at life differently, I approach problems differently. I took a course at this center and attended classes regularly for several months before the course.
I will give you the facts, no personal experiences or subjective reasoning:
1. In this center, during all the classes held, no one holds anyone by force. You are free to leave at any time during the class or course.
2. Before taking the course, an agreement is concluded in which the terms and conditions of this course are clearly stated. If the conditions are not met (which include diet, abstinence from alcohol, drugs, smoking, etc.), the cadet may be expelled without a refund.
Friends, by signing any agreement, you agree to the conditions described there and bear the corresponding legal responsibility! Therefore, let's talk in detail. If you agree to the training and all the conditions, then you must comply with them. If you don’t want to do it, then why waste your precious time and money?
Spiritual practice, which I have been doing for many years, is always associated with deep personal experiences and emotions, people go through various experiences and share this with others. Hence there is a lot of misunderstanding and some rumors.
During the course, each person has their own processes that are unique! This must be taken into account and taken into account. Therefore, some person’s review is not the truth, it is very subjective. Here fears and unexperienced emotions arise (such as anger, resentment, etc.) and it can be difficult for a person to cope with this, so many people leave. I have attended various group trainings and psychological practices, and I can say that not every person is ready and wants to face all their baggage. 3. Not a single condition was violated by the instructors, either in relation to me or in relation to the guys with whom I took the course. The instructors provide the equipment; further work is entirely up to us.
4. There were no exhausting practices and no 5-day hunger strike. It is a fact. There were a number of exercises that needed to be done at home regularly. But this is one of the conditions for taking the course; it is necessary to get the result for which you are paying money. There were guys who didn’t do their homework in full and no one kicked them out or forced them to do anything. A person who values ​​his time and money will think about whether he is ready for such a course and whether he needs it at all.

5. This center is absolutely open to people and is open in nature, and not closed (like some sectarian groups, etc.). Open free meetings are regularly held, and anyone can chat with the instructor before or after class in person. It seems to me that this says a lot; representatives of the center do not hide, but are always happy to talk and answer any questions.

Personally, I can say that this course helped me to know myself better. Nothing supernatural happened, there was no brainwashing. This course, like any spiritual practice, gives a positive result only if you want to work on yourself. I wanted to gain experience, I wanted to regain my inner harmony, I got it. We constantly communicated with fellow students and shared experiences, I didn’t hear any negativity towards the instructors, nothing criminal)) They are all young, energetic guys who try to help people. I personally liked the course and the resulting effect, after receiving which I continue to live in my environment quite happily, just as before.
