The "Received" option can be checked for parcels that have already been physically received, but for some reason were not marked as received automatically.
The "Ignore receiving" option is necessary for the opposite effect. For example, for the case when the track was automatically marked as received (the rules for finishing processing on all services worked).
If suddenly the required service does not appear in the list of favorites, you can click the “All” button to display a list of all services available in the program.
Also, if service groups were specified in the settings, the “Groups” drop-down menu will become available for quickly selecting the required services.
Let me remind you that in all lists of services in the program, a quick filter is available by service names/identifiers - to activate it, just type a few letters from the name/SID of the service. For proper operation To calculate the time from the moment of payment, you must add an event with the date of payment using one of the available methods.
Selecting events to add
If the “Add events to a new track” option is selected in the settings, then the third page “Add events” will be available in the wizard by clicking the “Next” button. It has the ability to mark events that will automatically be added to the new track. The event date can be changed by pressing F2 or double-clicking on the element.
Checking track numbers
After adding tracks to it, it is advisable to open the Program Settings and configure it according to your own preferences (for example: the period for checking tracks, checking when adding, etc.).
So, after checking the tracks on the corresponding services, new events may appear on the tracks, while the event itself, the track, and the group containing the track are marked in italic bold font (by default). It is also possible to set font parameters in the settings.
In addition to changing the font, when a new event is received, the track icon expands with an icon in the form of the letter i in a circle, and the icon in the notification area (tray) begins to blink, displaying the number of new events.
The "Additional information" column displays the following data:
- in the expanded state of the track: "number of events for the track" (day counter) Services: "SID of services used"
- in collapsed: "number of events for the track" (day counter) " Latest event track"
To mark an event (events of a track/group) as read (which removes all signs of a new event), just select the element and press the space bar, or click the “mark all as read” button on the toolbar.
