For the third round (final), participants must prepare in advance, namely, learn and remember as much information as possible on one of certain topics. The order of answers is again determined using the “Decipherer” competition. On the scoreboard, divided into 36 parts (6x6), questions on topics prepared by the players and “general questions” are placed in random order. Before the start of the final competition, participants are given the opportunity to look at the location of the tasks in the table, which is then closed. Participants take turns opening the cells and answering the questions posted in them. For answering a question from his own topic, the answerer gets 2 points, from an opponent’s topic - 3, for “ general question" - 1 point. Each player is asked 9 questions, the one who scores the most points in the sum of three rounds wins and receives the title “The Smartest” (the participant receives one point for correct answers in the first two stages). The game may be over ahead of schedule, if the winner is determined by the amount of points won, which the rest of the participants will not be able to exceed, even if they score the maximum possible number of points from the remaining ones.

The player who wins the quiz becomes one of the full members of the “Club of the Smartest” who take part in the super final. “Club...” is divided into two leagues: Junior (grades 6-7) and Senior (grades 8-10). Each league consists of 48 participants.

The winner of the super final game becomes the owner of the master's title of the "Club of the Smartest" and the main prize - the right to study at one of the prestigious colleges in the UK.

The transmission format was developed by a British company Celador, in its homeland the game was called "The Britain's Brainiest Kid"("Most smart child Britain") or simply "Brainiest" ("The smartest"). The license for the game was sold to several countries around the world, but the show is most popular in Russia and Ukraine.
