This year, despite the expansion of the area, it promises to remain just as hospitable and cozy. Traditional venues will present updated program and filling. Guests will be greeted by the site of the youth movement "Kinetics" and the school of youth acrobatics, where breakers, parkour athletes, and trickers will demonstrate their skills, give valuable lessons, and dancers will compete with each other in battles. Everyone who is missing in life thrills and adrenaline rush, there will be an “Extreme Town”, archery, a paintball shooting range and much more. For lovers of something heavier, the park will host an auto and motorcycle exhibition, as well as an exhibition of airsoft weapons.
There will also be traditional creative platforms: “Talent Street”, “Graffiti”, various master classes. And the tradition of charity events will certainly continue. The organizers promise that they will delight all guests with both the renovation of already beloved traditional venues and the opening of new ones.
The central place in the festival program is main stage. Every year participants in the “Movements” festival become best groups Russian rock scene. “Movement” has already featured Arthur Berkut, Animal Jazz and Louna. The first festival of youth subcultures in Pavlov “StreetFest” took place on August 25, 2012.
Several thousand spectators witnessed a unique performance, which was performed on the square in front of the city Palace of Culture by rappers and rock musicians, stunt performers on bicycles, skateboards and parkour acrobats, hip-hop and break dance performers, and creators of a fire show. And graffiti artists turned a faceless concrete fence of one of the city's industrial zones into a multi-meter fantastic canvas.
This was the beginning of an unusual and exciting urban history, which over the five years of its existence has not lost its relevance at all.
The festival is alive and open to all genres and styles of creativity.
The festival positions itself as a platform for creative exploration, the implementation of the most daring art projects, and supports aspiring artists and athletes.
Festival as an initiative
The idea of the festival, which was ripening in the hearts of probably all the “informals” without exception of the small provincial town of Pavlovo-on-Oka, was realized in August 2012 by Sergei Pazushkin, who is responsible for working with youth at the Palace of Culture. But projects like StreetFest are not created alone, and the Festival could not take place without a large, proactive team. The wheel of our history was spun by: Tatyana Pogodina and Inna Ivanova (organizers from DK), Andrey Zhidkov (rapper Vorsma), Anton Elkin and Vladimir Gorozhankin (rappers Pavlovo), Stas Berikeev (velotrial Pavlovo) and Anton Barakhov (BMX Pavlovo), Anastasia Dashina and break dance team "Plastmatics" (Pavlovo). Separately, we need to mention Kirill Murzin, thanks to whom people come to our city every year best artists graffiti of the Nizhny Novgorod region, Moscow, Kazan and St. Petersburg and other cities of Russia. The geography of festival participants is growing every year.
In 2016, a collegial decision was made to rename the festival into a Russian-language name. Festival of United Street Arts - “Breakthrough” - is the new name of our festival. This name was not chosen by chance. For a small provincial town like Pavlovo, such a festival is truly a breakthrough. This is a breakthrough in culture, sports, history and development of the city.

In the village of Pokrovskoye, Kamensky district, on November 26, the local Palace of Culture will host open festival youth subcultures "Youth Breakthrough 2016". As it became known to the KU66.RU Portal, representatives of young people from 14 to 30 years old take part in the Festival.
- Rap artists, pop vocals, break dancers, beat boxers dancing in the styles: funk, R`n`B, Hip-Hop are invited to participate in the Festival, - reported in the festival regulations. - For the “Breakdance” nomination, you must have musical accompaniment(USB FLASH cards, if available, stage costume). For the nominations “Rap artist” and “Rap collective” you must have musical accompaniment with you in USB FLASH card format, a printout of the text is required (name of the group, composition).
Participants are reportedly prohibited from using profanity during the Festival.
Competition program The festival consists of a breakdancer competition (team of at least 2 people), a competition of rap performers and rap groups, a pop vocal competition, a dance group competition (team of at least 2 people), a beat-boxing competition and an art competition words.
Evaluation criteria for the work of the jury:
Nomination Breakdancing: technique, speed, originality of presentation (composition), complexity;
- Nomination best rap artist(freestyle): text, reading technique, originality of presentation;
- Nomination for the best rap group: text, reading technique, originality of presentation, musical accompaniment;
- Nomination Dance groups: technique, originality of presentation (composition), complexity, costumes, artistry;
- Beat box nomination: technique, originality of presentation (composition), complexity.
- Nomination Pop vocals: voice control (intonation, diction, vocal technique), artistic and stage image.
- Nomination Artistic word: artistic level selected work, culture of stage speech, expressiveness and emotionality, stage culture(clothing, demeanor, internal composure).
The festival of youth subcultures “ZNAKI” is a great opportunity to meet like-minded people and spend time in the image of who we would like to be. It was first held in 2009, and has now become an annual tradition, uniting representatives of various subcultures under its wing.
Anime fans, goths, historical reenactors, breakdancers, writers, poets, tightrope walkers, rappers, tracers, saberfighters, boxers, jugglers from Novosibirsk and others major cities Siberia - everyone will find what they are looking for at this festival.
The organizer of such an unusual event is the Novosibirsk Academic youth theater"Globus" with the support of the Youth Affairs Committee of the Novosibirsk City Hall. Every year the festival improves. New platforms are emerging, covering more and more interests of young people. At the first festival, only 10 venues were presented, and at the seventh there were already 25. Maybe there will be even more to come! And the number of fans is growing. For example, last year more than 300 people took part in the festival, and about 10,000 guests arrived. And this is a lot.
Among the participants of the festival, where everyone is an extraordinary person, there are also those who were especially memorable. Tatyana Karpukhina spoke about one of them:
“We have an odious character - Mikhail Avdeenko, known to everyone as Dancing Misha. He is his own stage - he comes and the whole festival dances to the music from his headphones.”
