93-year-old Zlata Sergeevna, chained to wheelchair, kicked out of their own apartment

Ex-soloist legendary bands“Leap Summer”, “Victoria” and “Rock Studio” Andrei DAVIDIAN, who gained wide fame with his brilliant performance in the Channel One show “The Voice”, died suddenly at the age of 60 a year and a half ago. But only now has it become known what truly Shakespearean passions suddenly flared up after this between the numerous relatives of the wonderful singer.

Shortly before Andrei’s death, I was asked to represent his interests in litigation with the customer of his performance, - the lawyer told Laura Escamilla Vega . - This person invited the group Davidyan for your anniversary for 700 thousand rubles. Paid an advance - 300 thousand. But before last day could not agree with them on payment for the necessary sound equipment. And then he accused Davidyan’s group of disrupting the performance and through the court demanded 1 million 900 thousand as compensation. Allegedly, instead of them he had to invite another team for one and a half million.

In fact, it wasn't worth that kind of money. These were two nobody famous girls, to whom no one would pay 10 thousand. And it was not difficult for me to prove in court that the customer’s demands were unreasonable.

Andrey was so inspired by the won case that he gave me a general power of attorney and wanted me to settle some of his other affairs. But I didn’t have time to say which ones exactly. Suddenly he was taken to the hospital with severe abdominal pain. Appendicitis! He was afraid to have surgery in a regular clinic and insisted on being transferred to a paid one. There, Davidyan got an infection and peritonitis occurred. I had to do another operation. His heart could not stand the second dose of general anesthesia. A few days later, Andrei fell into a coma. And on November 13, 2016 he passed away.

A sting of grief

After the wake at the Forte club, an elderly man called me. He introduced himself as Andrei’s older brother and asked: “Will someone bring me and mom some food?” I didn’t understand anything and turned to the director of Davidyan for help Yuri Denisov, whom I met during the trial, - Laura continues. - “Yes, Andrey still has his mother Zlata Sergeevna Plyashkevich, born in 1925, and older brother Karen, born in 1948,” Yuri enlightened me. “They were in his custody.” I immediately collected some groceries and went to their apartment in Krylatskoye. It turned out that Zlata Sergeevna, in the past famous pianist, due to a spinal injury, she is confined to a wheelchair, and Karen suffers from asthma and, after suffering from meningitis in childhood, is not entirely capable. Since Andrei was admitted to the hospital, no one has come to them. They were left without money, food and necessary assistance.

And the worst thing is that mom wasn’t even informed that she was youngest son no longer alive. “Go and tell her! - my brother asked me. - I can't". Of Davidyan’s relatives, I only knew the mother of his youngest daughter Katya - his ex-wife and backing vocalist Anna Abramochkina, who attended the funeral. I contacted her in the hope that she and her daughter would take care of Zlata Sergeevna and Karen. “You know, our relationship with them did not work out very well,” Abramochkina said. And she made it clear to me that helping them was not part of her plans.

On the ninth day, everyone gathered again in the same Forte club to remember Davidyan. When my friends learned from me about the plight of my mother and brother, their eyes popped out of their heads. “Maybe Andrey has some savings left?” - I asked them. “Yes, he collected 15 million for the purchase of housing,” they recalled.

Andrey lived in Lately not with his mother and brother in Krylatskoye, but in a rented apartment in the Airport metro area, where he kept his concert costumes and equipment. After he was taken to the hospital, his partner, a stylist, continued to stay in this apartment Victoria Kolos, who introduced herself to the doctors as his wife and took his keys and documents. “What happened to Andrei’s money and property?” - I asked her. “The money that was in his apartment was our common money. He and I also bought suits together. “This all rightfully belongs to me now,” the woman stunned me. And when asked to provide the opportunity to inspect the apartment, she responded with a categorical refusal.

Through the concierge who was on duty at the entrance, I managed to find the owner of the apartment who rented it to Davidyan. From her I learned that Kolos returned the keys to her and refused further rent. “She took all the property,” the owner assured me. “There’s nothing left in the apartment.” The concierge confirmed that some women and men had been carrying out huge trunks of things from there for a week. A few days later, Andrey’s Lexus was taken from the yard. According to the concierge, they couldn’t start it and they took it away in a tow truck.

I contacted the Airport Department of Internal Affairs and reported the theft. “One of the relatives of the deceased needs to report this,” the police told me. Anna Abramochkina refused to write a statement. “We consulted with Victoria Kolos and decided that this was not necessary,” she explained. And Zlata Sergeevna, whom I continued to visit every day, still did not know about the death of her son. “Where is Andrey?” - she asked persistently. “Maybe he left with some woman,” I tried to reassure.

But my mother was not convinced by my inventions. According to her, Andrei could not call her for a day or two at most. And it was already the 12th day that he had not appeared. “Either you tell me what happened to Andrei, or I call the police,” she gave an ultimatum. I had no choice but to tell her the truth.

Fearing that the old lady would become ill, I called a paid ambulance service in advance. But she screamed so terribly that the usual sedative injections did not work and the doctors had to give her some kind of special injection that turned off the nervous system.

When Zlata Sergeevna came to her senses, I received a power of attorney from her and wrote a statement on her behalf to the Airport Department of Internal Affairs. But the police were in no hurry to do anything to search for the missing property. The witnesses were not interviewed. We did not look at the CCTV footage. And then they started to dismiss me completely with the words: “This is a hereditary matter. Figure it out for yourself."

The only thing is that they helped us take part of Andrei’s money from Victoria Kolos - 25 thousand dollars and 9 thousand euros. And then she gave them away only because the question of returning the advance for the failed concert in Alma-Ata was raised and she did not want to deal with the cool people who ordered it.

After this, Victoria hastily went to the neurosis clinic and, under the pretext that I had terrorized her and brought her to a nervous breakdown, avoided further communication.

Inheritance

Six months after Andrei’s death, Zlatea Sergeevna received a letter from a notary Leonida Stryukova, who asked whether she would accept her due share of her son’s inheritance, - says Laura Escamilla Vega. - From the letter it turned out that the deceased’s two daughters are Katya from Anna Abramochkina and Masha from his first wife Olga Gorokhova- opened an inheritance case and began to divide his property. The most interesting thing is that among this property they included Zlata Sergeevna’s apartment in Krylatskoye. Yes, formally Andrey was listed as its owner. But in fact, she was always the property of his mother. Zlata Sergeevna bought it in 1987 at the Bobruisk housing complex together with her late husband, a singer. Sergei Davidyan. And I changed it to my son only in 2003, when I went to the States to teach piano.

Andrei then lived in this apartment with Anna Abramochkina and their daughter. At that time he had virtually no work. And Zlata Sergeevna had to not only pay for housing, but also actually support his family. She earned about $3,000 from teaching in America. And she transferred almost all the money to Moscow. And in order to make ends meet, she took on gigs at night in restaurants.

Due to the fact that Abramochkina abused alcohol, Andrei broke up with her a few years later. And after Zlata Sergeevna returned from the States, he wanted to transfer the apartment back to her ownership. I even wrote an application to the board of the Bobruisk housing cooperative about the re-registration of its membership share. But in 2014, Zlata Sergeevna had a serious accident and broke her spine.

Naturally, they had no time for the apartment - they went to hospitals. And without their participation it was impossible to carry out the re-registration. The chairman of the board of housing cooperatives told me this and presented all the documents.

I notified the notary Stryukov that the issue of ownership of the apartment was controversial, and demanded that all notarial actions in this case be suspended. But when I arrived at his office, the lawyer representing the interests of Andrei’s daughters announced to me that they had already divided everything and received certificates of inheritance. “Are you crazy? - I was indignant. - Since when do we have a notary resolve a dispute between heirs? And if you divided the apartment, where will Andrei’s brother now be, who has no other place to live?” “We are not interested in this,” the lawyer waved him off. - We are now assessing the Lexus that belonged to Andrey. We also got it as an inheritance.”

Child support from grandmother

Some time passed, and the assistant judge from the Kuntsevo court called me. “Please tell me, does the name Davidyan mean anything to you?” - she asked carefully. “Yes, I represented his interests.” - “Come! Here we have filed a lawsuit against his mother,” said the judge’s assistant, “ the lawyer sighs. - It’s clear that Zlata Sergeevna herself did not check the mail and did not receive the summons that was sent to her. But the judge was so shocked by this claim that she felt it necessary to find at least someone connected with her. And by proxy, Davidyan from the Moscow City Court found me.

I saw this for the first time in my life. The essence of the claim was that Abramochkina’s daughter Ekaterina did not receive alimony in the amount of 160 thousand rubles from her suddenly deceased father and demanded to recover it from her disabled grandmother, who received a pension of 17,600 rubles a month. She motivated her demand by the fact that her grandmother, living in own apartment, actually accepted her son’s inheritance and, therefore, must bear responsibility for his debts.

“But there is another heir - a second daughter,” I reminded in court. “She doesn’t want to pay her father’s child support debt first?” “Ekaterina also believes that it should be obtained from her grandmother,” said their lawyer.

The cynicism of these people outraged me so much that I could not resist and allowed myself to call them an offensive word twice. In theory, for this I should have been taken out of the courtroom or given a fine of 100 thousand rubles. But the judge limited herself to just a remark. And she refused to satisfy the claim.

Then they filed a new one with a demand to force Zlata Sergeevna to sell the apartment and give her two daughters the shares due to them by inheritance. “You can fight as much as you like, but you will not return the property that is divided,” a friend of Anna Abramochkina told me on the anniversary of Andrei’s death. “I advise you not to waste your efforts in vain.”

And indeed, all my attempts to stop the greedy heirs have so far led to nothing. I addressed the deputies. I wrote complaints to the prosecutor's office. And I got a beating everywhere. Finally complained Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin. He sent an order to the Moscow Main Internal Affairs Directorate to look into our case. But there they again released everything on the brakes. What else should I do to protect two helpless old disabled people from arbitrariness? Go out to rally on Red Square?

Common family issues

This is the first time I've heard about all this, - Anna Abramochkina said in response to a request for comment.-Who told you such nonsense? My daughter does not make any claims against Andrei Davidyan’s mother. And he doesn’t take away her apartment. Ordinary family issues are resolved. Why is your resource interested in this? If someone is not happy with something, let them complain to the court!

The famous rocker, participant of “Three Chords” and “Voices” introduced a new companion - a popular designer.

The star of “Three Chords” and “The Voice” Andrei Davidyan celebrated his 59th birthday in one of the Moscow restaurants. A full hall of his fans gathered to congratulate the star, among whom our correspondents, not without surprise, noticed his colleagues on the show.

“I am very happy that, despite the difficult economic situation, so many people came to me,” Davidyan did not hide his emotions. – This very much characterizes our audience, which does not lose interest in music. Viewers are eager to hear something that will warm them up on cold winter days!

The audience listened to Andrey and after each song gave him a crushing ovation. The winner of “The Voice” Sergei Volchkov also closely watched what was happening. The singer came to Davidian’s holiday alone and kept fiddling with his wedding ring.

After leaving the stage, the birthday boy went to the dressing room. Few of those gathered knew that a pretty brunette was already waiting for him here.

“You see in front of you a fantastic girl, whom I love very much,” Andrey did not hide his emotions. – Meet Victoria Kolos. She is a brilliant artist and interior designer. She has done a lot in my life and opened up very large spaces for me. I'm afraid to say everything... Or do you want me to say everything? She can do a lot, remember. She is half of my success - I think so. I don't hide anything from anyone!

Davidyan introduced Victoria to Alexander Marshal. He came to Andrei’s holiday together with his wife, with whom he rarely goes out. That evening, Alexander asked the waiters to bring him... soup. But they could not fulfill the singer’s request: it turned out that the establishment did not prepare first courses.

“I haven’t eaten soup for ten days!” - Alexander admitted and, pouring himself some whiskey, went to congratulate the birthday boy. And he did it sincerely, from the heart.

“You can’t even say that you are competitors in Three Chords,” one of those present smiled contentedly.

- God forbid! – Marshall waved his hands. – There are no competitors in music. “Three Chords” is a show. And the jury was placed there only to make people interested. Our project is, first of all, beautiful songs and communication. I already know who won. But I won't tell you.

Another star of “Three Chords”, Anastasia Spiridonova, also agreed with Marshall. Nastya came to Davidyan’s holiday with a huge bouquet of flowers. Having congratulated the birthday boy, the girl told our correspondent that she had recently celebrated her anniversary herself, albeit in America.

– It was a wonderful trip! – the singer admitted. – I visited many places: I didn’t stay in each city for more than two days! And I celebrated my birthday in Las Vegas. I played in the casino! I came out without losses: I won as much as I bet. It is most important. Although I'm not a big fan of casinos. I remember playing in Moscow a long time ago. But that's how it is: child's play. In general, I received a lot of impressions. I had such an emotional shock that I simply cannot express it in words!

Victoria Kolos. Biography

Victoria Kolos born in Rostov-on-Don. Since 2002 he has been working and living in Moscow. Victoria worked as a model for some time, then got into tattooing and opened her own salon.

Victoria is a participant in the annual Decor Week exhibitions of the Mezzanine magazine.

Victoria Kolos, when designing interiors, never uses stretch or multi-layer “wave” ceilings, or indeed any plastic materials. The designer prefers to make the space clear and simple. The material, Victoria is convinced, should be pleasant and tactile.

She was married to an architect Alexey Kozyr whom I met at school "Details". Alexey was a teacher Victoria.

We continue the series of interviews with domestic VIP decorators and designers. Victoria Kolos - graduate art school them. M. B. Grekova, studied design at one of the Moscow interior schools, interned in London. One of the few whose projects the British company ANDREW MARTIN included in the annual album of the best decorative works in the world. Her interiors have always been distinguished by high taste and unexpected solutions. She easily and gracefully combines brutalist architecture, concrete, silk and linen, bold color solutions and mega-modern details. In an interview, Victoria Kolos talks about what it is modern classic, how to combine wallpaper and concrete, what you can and cannot save on, and many other very interesting things.

Victoria Kolos, designer.

Vika, your work has always been distinguished by its breadth of views and sharp decisions, what now?

I've changed a little last years. Then my courage and my ambitions were fundamental to me. Today I listen to customers more; for me, first of all, their convenience is important. But everything I do is still my design, not complete compromises. But, I repeat, I have become softer in my decisions. Previously, I could recklessly pour concrete into everything, both walls and floors, but now it’s warmer, I don’t allow that. Now there is less and less concrete in my interiors, natural materials More.

What materials are preferable?

Natural, of course, as I already said. No one has canceled them, and they will never go out of fashion. This is wood, stone, glass, and natural fabrics: silk, cotton, linen. I simply adore flax. But concrete didn’t completely disappear from my interiors, it just didn’t appear for a long time. The client must be prepared for concrete. You can't shock people. But there are always people who love concrete and understand a lot about it.

Has the customer changed, say, over the last 8-10 years?

It seems to me, yes, he has changed, and in better side. Firstly, they understand that they need to deal with professionals. He listens and trusts more than before. Now it has become easy to work with the customer.

What does he prefer?

The customer, as always, prefers modern classics. Everyone wants her. By the way, when you start talking with a customer, it is very important to immediately find out which style is preferable. Because people are still confused. But this, in general, is normal, because this is not their profession, they are not required to know the intricacies of styles. Then it turns out that people prefer modern classics, which they order.

What is modern classics in your opinion? It has many interpretations.

Modern classics are, first of all, competent, good proportions, combination modern materials with some classical techniques, classical furniture. A modern classic is a classic cornice on a concrete wall.

If I see an interesting room that just needs to be restored a little and emphasized with real stucco, then modern furniture appears in the interior. If the walls are completely new, emphatically brutal (I can, for example, leave concrete or do everything in brick), then classic furniture already appears. Need contrast.

I love wallpaper. Every year they become better and better, more and more interesting. I don’t like covering all the walls with wallpaper; I prefer fragments. The wallpaper goes well with concrete. Vintage ones are suitable for concrete, self made. You can use “grandmother’s” drawings - both small and large flowers. The pattern may be barely noticeable, or it may be bright.
But usually there are no bright colors in my interiors. I prefer gray and dusty shades. This is to my heart, it is very calming, the interior becomes meditative.

What have you never done and will never do in your interiors?

I will never make an interior with stretch ceilings, with multi-layered ceilings going in waves. That's horrible! I prefer to keep the space simple and clear. And I will not use plastic surfaces as materials, “under natural stone", "like malachite". This is just horror! I can't stand plastic. The material must be material, must be pleasant, tactile. You cannot skimp on materials.
Of course, you have to save on something. If, for example, a customer loves art, but does not have a lot of money, it seems to me that concrete walls and laminate in the interior will be enough. And the main thing in the interior will be art and its collection.

Do you still work with art in interiors?

It happens in different ways. People often think that art in the interior is an expensive pleasure. But if I work, it’s with modern art, not antiques.
For example, I like the works of Olga Gorokhova, a Belgian artist of Russian origin. I would like my customers to have them hanging in their homes.

What are your plans?

I still do private interiors, but I really want to do public interiors. I deal mainly with apartments. It was winter Vacation home, not too big, measuring 300 square meters.
Perhaps I’ll return to the idea of competitions. Previously, I often participated in competitions and exhibitions. Now I’m either tired, or it’s no longer interesting to me. Need to think.
