The lead singer of the group died. The ex-husband announced the unexpected cause of Rostakova’s death

The media reported the death of the 33-year-old ex-lead singer of the group “Lyceum” to Zhanna Roshtakova. Her death became known from the publication of her friend Prokhora Chaliapin, who wrote about the sad event on his Instagram. The singer said that this news was a big blow for him - after all, Zhanna was healthy and had never suffered from anything serious.

“On Monday, a friend of my youth called me, Zhanna Roshtakova, who moved to Vladivostok several years ago and decided to return back to Moscow for permanent residence. How happy I was about this, like a child. I say, we’ll meet right away, let’s go here and there... We made plans on Monday, January 9th. We have been friends since 1999, from that same “Morning Star”, in which Zhanna also participated and where we met. We were always on the same page. Zhanna is an incredible person, a talented singer, a bright, beautiful girl. A few hours ago I was informed that Zhanna had passed away. A few hours after our conversation. At 33 years old... Tragedy struck home unexpectedly. She was not sick with anything, and there were no signs of trouble. People, value life and loved ones. Zhanna, you are forever in my heart,” Chaliapin wrote.

As it turned out, the cause of the girl's death was an accident. “Jeanne was lying in the bathtub, and a shelf fell on her head. There was no one else at home, and no one could help her. The body was discovered only a day later. Most likely, she felt bad - maybe she lost consciousness and her heart could not stand it from being in hot water for a long time. Horrible death! — Prokhor told the website Dni.ru.

Zhanna Roshtakova was a laureate of the World Youth Prize “Crystal Note” in 1997, as well as a member of the International Association of Moscow Pop Artists. The singer won the Morning Star competition in Jurmala in 1999 and the Light Your Star project in Moscow in 2000.

Members of the Band'Eros group named the cause of death of ex-soloist Rada Zmikhnovskaya.

On September 14, Russian media reported that ex-member of the popular Russian band Band’Eros Rada Zmikhnovskaya died of a cerebral hemorrhage in the United States.

According to members of the Band’Eros group, in which Rada sang until 2008, the official cause of death is hemorrhagic stroke.

“Our former lead singer Rada has passed away. She was one of the founders of the group. Rada was between heaven and earth for several days - in a coma. We all kept our fingers crossed for her, but, unfortunately, the doctors were powerless,” the group said in a statement on Instagram.

According to the participants, despite her exit from the group, the Rada maintained warm friendly relations with the members of Band’Eros and participated in the affairs of the group. Rada Zmikhnovskaya left the group due to pregnancy in early 2008.

After leaving Band'Eros, Zmikhnovskaya also headed the Investment Company IVA Invest, owned by her husband.

The day before it became known that singer Zhanna Roshtakova, who performed with the group Lyceum, popular in the 90s, died in Vladivostok. Her friend Prokhor Chaliapin reported this on social networks. The young man noted that Zhanna’s passing was a heavy blow for him. According to Chaliapin, he and Roshtakova were “on the same wavelength.” The artist's relatives were shocked by her death. The girl did not complain about health problems and was actively making plans for the future.

Recently, new details of the death of Zhanna Roshtakova have emerged. In an interview with one of the publications, Prokhor Chaliapin spoke about what he learned from the girl’s relatives. As it turns out, there are many inconsistencies in what happened. Therefore, Prokhor does not rule out that the artist could not have died of her own free will. However, this is just one of several versions of what could have happened. The cause of Roshtakova’s death will be announced by law enforcement agencies, which have begun an investigation into the incident.

“Her husband’s mother (I didn’t know him) called me and told me about the mysterious death. We and the investigation have many versions. Maybe it was an accident, but we do not rule out violent death, because there has not been an examination yet. Perhaps the cause of death was a shelf falling on her head while she was lying in the bathroom. Or violent death due to the division of an apartment, after all, it costs a lot. It’s not clear who will get it, since I don’t know whether Zhanna managed to get an official divorce. In general, there are many versions, I don’t insist on any, but I don’t exclude them either,” Chaliapin told reporters.

Evgenia Grebenyuk, a friend of Zhanna Roshtakova, named another possible cause of her death. The girl thinks that the artist still had health problems that could have led to a sad end. “It seems to me that there was a mini-stroke or heart failure, she began to choke, grabbed onto the shelf and only then did it fall,” shared Evgenia.

However, Grebenyuk does not know whether Roshtakova had heart problems. According to the girl, no traces were found on Zhanna’s body, which may indicate a malfunction in the body. An autopsy and examination are currently being carried out.

Evgenia also reported on how she found the body of her dead friend. According to the girl, she could not get through to Roshtakova, so she sounded the alarm. Grebenyuk went to her friend’s house, but no one opened the door for her. Therefore, Evgenia contacted Zhanna’s friends, who had a spare set of keys to her apartment. Roshtakova's relatives found her dead in the bathroom. There was a shelf lying next to the performer, Grebenyuk told MK.
