To solve this problem, the State Duma proposed introducing free parking on Saturdays. Yaroslav Nilov noted that most citizens work according to the standard scheme - five working days and two days off, and there is no need to create unnecessary difficulties for city residents on one of the weekends.

“If most working Russians have two days off at the end of the week, then it is unfair to leave parking free only on Sundays.
