And for workers of heavy physical labor, such a calorie content is, in fact, the only way not to deplete the body.
Conclusion: increasing physical activity in any way will definitely speed up your metabolism. The higher the energy expenditure during such an activity, the more food you can eat without gaining weight.
Of course, high physical activity is not the only reason for an excellent physique. But definitely the main one.
