Based on its taste and composition of ingredients, it can be classified as a so-called “winter” salad. It is nourishing and tastes simply amazing.

Ingredients:

  • smoked chicken – 100g;
  • Korean carrots – 100g (or 1 fresh carrot + 1 onion + spices);
  • canned corn – 3-4 tbsp;
  • eggs – 2 pcs;
  • potatoes – 1 piece;
  • sunflower oil –100ml;
  • mayonnaise.
  • salt.

How to prepare “Sail” salad

  1. Of course, you can buy Korean carrots ready-made. However, I don’t really trust semi-finished products (or rather, I don’t trust them at all), so I prefer to make it myself, especially since it’s not difficult to prepare. To do this, grate the carrots into strips. Place in a cup, add 1/4 tsp. salt and press lightly with your hands. This is necessary to make the carrots softer.
  2. Chop the onion finely.
  3. Pour oil into the pan, leaving 2 tbsp. for potatoes. Heat and fry the onion. Fry it well until brown. We won’t need it later; we need it to give all its taste to the oil.

  4. Add 0.5 tsp to the carrots. spices from the set “for Korean carrots”. Pour hot oil through a strainer. This will keep the onions in the sieve, and the oil will scald the carrots. Now it needs to be cooled. During cooling, the carrots will be saturated and can be used for our purposes.
  5. Let's move on to making potato strips (if you have chips, skip this step). Peel the potatoes and grate them on the same grater as the carrots to get sticks.
  6. Then rinse under running water to remove excess starch.
  7. Place on paper towels and dry.
  8. Pour the remaining oil into the frying pan. Heat it up and add straws. Stirring frequently to prevent sticking, fry until crispy.

  9. We take it out again onto towels, this time to remove excess oil. And add a pinch of salt.
  10. When the carrots and potatoes have cooled, cut the chicken into smaller pieces. Place on a flat plate in one layer.
  11. Lubricate with mayonnaise.

Despite the seemingly everyday composition of the salad ingredients, I often prepare it for the holiday table. It looks quite elegant and the taste is quite interesting. For dressing, you can use sour cream, natural yogurt or mayonnaise.

What we need:

  • boiled rice – 100g;
  • tomatoes – 2 pcs;
  • olives – 50g;
  • sour cream (mayonnaise or yogurt) for dressing;
  • salt and pepper - to taste.

How to make this salad:

Ingredients:

Smoked chicken;

150 gr. Korean carrots;

Fresh cucumber 150 gr.;

Hard cheese 150 gr.;

Frozen or fresh champignons 150 grams;

Onion head;

A couple of cloves of garlic;

Mayonnaise for lubrication.

Recipe:

Remove the meat from the chicken and separate it into fibers, then place it on a dish. Coat the meat thoroughly with mayonnaise. Fry the chopped champignons with chopped onion until tender. Grate the cucumber, mix it with crushed garlic, add a little salt. We grate the cheese in the same way on a coarse grater.

After that, lay layers on top of the chicken - carrots, then cheese, on top of it a layer of cucumbers and mushrooms with onions. We decorate the top of the salad with a mesh drawn with mayonnaise. It is recommended to mix the salad directly on the table before eating. If desired, you can replace fresh cucumbers with salted ones. But in this case there is no need to add garlic.

Smoked chicken salad

Ingredients:

150 gr. cheese;
- a couple of boiled potatoes;
- 150 gr. smoked chicken;
- salt, ground black pepper;
- half a can of canned green peas;
- mayonnaise and green onions;

100 gr. Korean carrots.

Recipe:

Cut the chicken into strips and place in a deep bowl. Peeled and cooled potatoes are also cut into strips and added to the chicken. Drain the water from the jar of peas. Grate the cheese (put some of it aside in a separate cup - it will be needed to decorate the salad when it is ready). Add grated cheese, peas and carrots to the chicken and potatoes. Season the finished mixture with salt and pepper, add mayonnaise and mix well. When the dish is ready, put it in a salad bowl, then decorate with green onions and cheese.

Ingredients:

250 gr. smoked chicken breast;
- bell pepper;
- 5 eggs;
- medium-sized onion head;
- 4 tbsp. l. mayonnaise;
- a jar of pickled champignons;
- salt and ground black pepper;

Recipe:

Remove the bones and skin from the chicken and cut it into medium-sized cubes. Cut the onion into half rings and fry a little in a hot frying pan. Cut the peeled and cooled eggs into large pieces. Recipe:

Cut the chicken into medium-sized pieces. Cut the potatoes into medium-sized cubes. Mix everything well.

Ingredients:

A couple of smoked chickens;
- 400 grams of champignons;
- Korean carrots 150 gr.;
- a couple of fresh cucumbers;
- prunes 150 gr.;
- mayonnaise;
- butter;
- ground black pepper.

Recipe:

Cut the meat into medium-sized cubes. We cut the mushrooms into a plate shape, then fry them in a hot frying pan with butter. Finely chop the carrots. Cut the steamed prunes into strips. Grate the cucumbers.

Place half of the mushrooms in the first layer, pepper, salt and coat with mayonnaise;

2nd - chicken meat, pepper, salt, coat with mayonnaise;

3rd - ½ carrots;

4th - prunes and mayonnaise again;

5th - ½ cucumbers and mayonnaise;

Ingredients:

Smoked chicken;
- a braid of smoked cheese;
- a couple of carrots;
- tomato;
- onion head;
- a couple of cloves of garlic;
- a bunch of dill;
- vegetable oil;
- mayonnaise;
- half a teaspoon of curry seasoning;
- ground black pepper;
- green onions for decoration.

Ingredients for making egg straws:

Salt;
- vegetable oil;
- eggs 4 pcs.

Recipe:

Beat eggs with salt and, from the resulting mixture, bake pancakes in a hot frying pan. Cut the finished pancakes into thin strips.

- a couple of tomatoes;
- confectionery poppy seed bag;
- a glass of chopped walnuts;

Soak the poppy seeds in hot water for 20 minutes, then drain the water. Cut the tomato and chicken into medium-sized cubes.

- half a celery root;
- a bunch of green lettuce;

Recipe:

Cut the mango into two halves, remove the seeds and peel. Cut the pulp into strips. We tear the salad with our hands.

  • Garlic - to taste;
  • Salt - to taste;

Preparation:

1) Clean the smoked chicken from skin, fat, bones and cut into strips. An alternative to smoked chicken is smoked sausage. Cut it into strips too.

Ingredients for Smoked Chicken Salad:

  • Chicken (smoked breast) – 300 g
