One angry listener - LiveJournal. Vladimir Solovyov: “Gordon has delusions of grandeur The process did not go well

", but also a new book.

They're afraid of me

– Vladimir, say a few words about this exciting detective story.

– In short, the book is about the fact that among us there are a lot of people who are actually demons. Eventually, someone appears determined to restore the balance between good and evil. But, despite the terrifying concept, the book turned out to be fun, the action develops quickly, and the plot is intricately twisted. There is a lot of travel in the novel, beautiful love story- in a word, something that everyone criticizes, but nevertheless reads. I showed " Cleaning up"on television - they became interested. It is possible that a TV series will be made based on it. Roman I from the first to last word recruited myself. I edited it and rewrote it several times.

– In other words, your hero is a besogon?

– By the way, there is a funny story connected with this word. I was originally going to call the novel that. I called Mikhalkov, with whom we are friends, and told about it. But Nikita Sergeevich asked to find another name. This is how “Cleanup” was born.

– By the way, the word “purge” is immediately associated with the destruction of sanctioned products. What do you think about this?

“I don’t understand how it’s possible to burn food in a country that has experienced blockade and famine.” With so many poor people, this is savagery. When I heard Medvedev seriously propose banning certain medications at the United Russia party event, I simply gasped. How can you ban if there are not enough of them?! Agricultural products have already been banned - so what, others appeared, cheaper? No. And so stupidity after stupidity. Our beekeepers recently proposed banning Snickers. Will this be of much use? I remember how in Soviet time They brought gum to us from abroad, and we figured out how many days we could chew it, and put it in water at night. But it's a shame! Or another crazy person suggested burning imported clothes. Well, what's going on in their heads?! I wonder if they even went to school? I don’t even ask about the institute - most likely they were given a diploma as a gift.

– Why don’t these people appear in your programs?

– I invite, but they are afraid because they are masters of the behind-the-scenes genre. I regularly call government members, for example Elvira Nabiullina, but she always finds reasons to refuse. Read the biographies of our ministers: with the exception of one or two people, you will not find any connection between their education, work experience, and so on. Why do these people hold their positions? For example, the Minister of Agriculture long years was Nikolay Fedorov. There is only one thing that connects him with agriculture - he was born in a village. Minister of Transport Maxim Sokolov is related to transport only because he is taken to work by car. And when did you decide? the most important question about the takeover of Transaero by Aeroflot, he went to China so as not to take responsibility. The problem with our politicians is not what they are like, but that they have no ideas or understanding of what needs to be done.

– What is striking is that you almost always have the same faces in your program. Why?

- This serious problem. Our country is large, but there are only a few people who can speak and think paradoxically. Very many of the currently promoted talk show participants had to be promoted gradually. But if you take a person from the people and give him the opportunity to speak into the camera for a few minutes, no one will watch. Paradox: on the one hand, the audience is tired of the same faces, on the other hand, when unknown character, the question immediately arises: why him and not me? Promoting new people to the screen is a very difficult job. I had several major disappointments: the person seems to write well and brightly, but it’s not interesting to look at him on the screen.

– Have you tried to expand the circle of experts, since they too migrate from issue to issue?

– The problem is that not everyone agrees to come to me. Some honestly admit that they are afraid because they think I am too smart. Others say: they say, we, democrats, will not go to this herald of the Kremlin regime. And when I ask them to give at least one example of a lie I have uttered on air, they are at a loss. I remember once I tried to invite Kasparov. It was crazy what kind of rider he turned out to be! And still he didn't come. I faced the same requirements when I invited Kasyanova.

You shouldn’t “play Solovyov”

– Kasyanov, Kasparov... I immediately remembered that you once worked for “Silver Rain” and NTV, and then moved to the radio station “Vesti FM” and the channel “Russia 1”. And how did you, with all your independence, end up on state television and radio?

– The leadership of VSRTC offered me more interesting work. I served at the wonderful radio station “Silver Rain” for many years. But I am more attracted to politics and tough social issues. Vesti has a colossal correspondent network that allows you to receive current reports and interviews from the scene almost online. It is much easier to invite government officials and deputies here. In a month of work at the radio station, I recruit more politically significant figures than in a year at Dozhd.

– Due to the transition to state channels, has your program lost its urgency?

- No, rather the opposite. In “Vesti” I pour out as much criticism on the heads of officials in an hour as I couldn’t manage in a month at “Silver Rain”. If it's not spicy, then what is considered spicy? And if someone thinks that the program on Rossiya 1 is softer than on NTV, let them watch, for example, latest issue.

– There is probably the most severe censorship on the state channel. Are you not cramped in such conditions?

– This is more of a stereotype. I have been working in the media for many years and I know that the degree of freedom in Russia is determined not by the form of ownership, but by the mind of the editor-in-chief. When I worked at Silver Rain, the director of the radio station was often dissatisfied with me, because after my releases he was constantly under pressure. And here, when I ran into Golikov, from the channel’s management I heard only one phrase: “Hmm, well done!” The channel has a certain position, and if someone does not agree with our comments, let them sue.

– Are there any forbidden topics for you?

– Is someone from above prohibiting it?

- No, they, just like you, watch me on television or listen to me on the radio, and then grab their hearts: what is he saying! I am controlled only by an internal censor. I never discuss scandals related to personal life politicians. I'm not interested in their wives or mistresses. This is territory that I consider wrong to enter. I care Political Views my guests, not theirs dirty laundry.

– How do you feel about what Sergei Minaev, who occupied your niche first on NTV and then on TV Center, did?

“He didn’t fill my niche at all.” I have sympathy for Seryozha. But the more clone programs and presenters try to “play Solovyov,” the more noticeable the difference with the original. I have an absolutely original program, designed for me and my reaction. I told both Sergei and the producers that we need to look for ourselves, and not follow the path trodden by someone else. You have to be yourself on screen, but Sergei just can’t understand what he is like. Yulian Makarov, the presenters on Channel Five, have the same problem.

– According to you, TV presenters do not understand what role they play. Do you understand? You have so many roles: you give lectures, work on television and radio, write books...

– I have only one role – the role of Solovyov. This is terribly disliked by mediocrities who have not become TV presenters or journalists, but for some reason write about television. Someday I'll make a show about them. In general, I only do what I like. This is my form of vital activity. Whether I'm writing books, running a blog or a TV show, or talking to someone on the radio, I'm always myself.

– But Alexander Gordon cannot forgive himself for bringing you to television.

– Sasha looks like a cute little liar, I’m used to it. But he didn’t bring me to television - he has delusions of grandeur. It’s better to let him tell you how he received his salary at Channel One. When our joint show " Process"was preparing for broadcast and Ernst asked what kind of remuneration we were counting on, Gordon said: “I want to get no less than Solovyov!” And I came to Channel One thanks to Sasha Levin, who found me on recommendation to pair with Gordon, for whom Ernst ordered the transfer. Having worked with Alexander for several years, I treat him with kind irony and sympathy.

No manipulation!

– A new one has begun academic year. You have eight children. What do you think about school today?

- This is a tragedy! When choosing a school, I looked at the teachers, directors, and the state of the classes and was horrified. Turns out, good school– these are prices that make it cheaper to send children abroad. What they did to school education in Russia is a crime. There may still be something left of higher education, but there has simply been no school education since the 90s. And if there is, then only for very wealthy people. U talented child born in the wrong municipality, there is physically no chance to succeed in life. It shouldn't be this way. But there is not a single structure at the top that is responsible for the school. In our country there is no one to discuss this with.

Bismarck once said that the school teacher wins the war. And we lost our school teacher. How can we treat teachers with respect in our society when the state does not respect them - neither a decent salary nor authority? All the words about love and respect for this profession are not supported by anything. So it turns out that those who go to school are either mothers who want their children to be always in front of their eyes, or enthusiastic pensioners, or pedophiles looking for an opportunity to realize their inclinations.

– We started the conversation with your new book, and I remembered another one, published several years ago and dedicated to all sorts of ways to manipulate consciousness. Are such manipulations used on television?

- Constantly. For example, when I need one of my critics to get at least a couple of votes, I start attacking them. The audience is naturally outraged, and a protest vote immediately takes place. People naively believe that the feeling of protest arises of their own free will. Manipulations are constantly present on the radio. When I host a radio program, I change the timbre of my voice, laugh, sing songs. If I droned on like some announcer, no one would listen to me. I need to provoke a reaction: “What is this?!” Turn up the volume. Yes, he's gone crazy! Oh how! And this is absolute manipulation. You can’t do without this on television!

Interviewed by Alexander Slavutsky

IN live Radio "Komsomolskaya Pravda" Ekaterina said that Vladimir tried to take her away from her husband Alexander Gordon ten years ago. According to the girl, this happened at the Silver Rain event.

ON THIS TOPIC

“He and Solovyov did not like each other then, to put it mildly. And Solovyov, in another verbal brawl with Sasha, declared that he would take his wife away from him. And then he told me how good I was. I was flattered by this. Volodya, apparently, has a certain sexual stereotype in my head,” the Komsomolskaya Pravda website quotes the journalist as saying.

“Volodya, I forgive you your sexual sin. But I treat it exclusively with humor,” added Ekaterina.

The story surprised Solovyov; he stated that he had never “had any sights” on the girl. “The girl lied. Where and how did someone pursue her? I feel sorry for the girl. She’s gone completely crazy. This is ridiculous, absolute fairy tales. I’ve never been alone with her. I’ve probably seen Gordon only twice in my life. And even then in the company of her husband Sasha, with whom we worked then,” the TV presenter denied rumors of a connection with Ekaterina.

Let us remind you that earlier Vladimir Solovyov commented on the brawl between journalists Maxim Shevchenko and Nikolai Svanidze, which happened on January 30 on the radio " TVNZ"He noted that he considers the presenter of the program to be guilty of the fight, on the air of which the scandalous incident occurred. According to Solovyov, the girl was obliged to verbally stop them.

Radio and TV presenter Ekaterina Gordon, ex-wife of Alexander Gordon, about whom I wrote earlier, writes.

By the way, I want to inform the Internet TV channel KM.ru that it is being watched by the most honest and noble presenter in the country - Judushka Volodenka Soloviev. By insider information he launched into a whole tirade about how he wants to hate Katya Gordon, a stupid, greedy temptress, after watching my interview full of peace-loving banter (see below)) However, one can feel sorry for Volodenka - the time has come for Serezhenka Minaev on NTV)

My insight, which I wrote about in January, is that the program “Honest Monday” on NTV with Sergei Minaev in leading role was made as a future replacement for the “To the Barrier” with Solovyov, which was boring to the audience, it is confirmed.

I have already written about the conflict between the famous television and radio presenter Alexander Gordon and Vladimir Solovyov -. As I managed to find out, last week Alexander took the conflict off the air into real public life, submits a collective complaint from the residents of his house to the local police department and is determined.

There comes a limit to everything at some point!

These are photographs of Vladimir Solovyov in my house at Dynamo.

Residents of the area are going to write a statement to the police against these assholes and Solovyov himself, let them sort it out. So far there are only ideas on how to deal with this, are there any other options on how to stop this?

This Soloviev has annoyed everyone at our entrance - enough is enough!

In general, today we formed an initiative group, walked around the entrance, collected signatures for a letter to the head of the Savyolovsky District Department of Internal Affairs and submitted an application.

Enough. Personally, I don’t care who does it - Soloviev himself or his fans. In any case, these are his problems and he must deal with them, his neighbors have nothing to do with his popularity and should not suffer!

I recently wrote about how, on the radio station “Silver Rain”, the famous TV and radio presenter Alexandra Gordon, in the program “Gordon Juan”, talked about Vladimir Solovyov’s passion for Kabbalah -. Today, Soloviev gave Gordon a symmetrical answer on the air of the same radio station.

You can listen to the broadcast using this link: http://www.moskva.fm/stations/FM_100.1/programs/%D1%81%D0%BE%D0%BB%D0%BE%D0%B2%D1%8C %D0%B8%D0%BD%D1%8B%D0%B5_%D1%82%D1%80%D0%B5%D0%BB%D0%B8/2009-01-28_08:48:30

Solovyov: But let's tell the truth about Kabbalah. Gordon was the first to bring Lightman (founder of the International Academy of Kabbalah) to the Silver Rain radio station. He also made "Night Gordon" with him. Now he rolls his eyes: “Oh! Volodka is Solovyov....!” Sasha, smoke less - your head will work. Otherwise, the rest of the organs seem to have completely died, and now problems have begun with the head. Control yourself. Otherwise, you don’t look like Gordon Quixote, but just like a dystrophic Sancho Panza.

SMS: Gordon's build is more like a Rocinante.

Solovyov: Well, you tell Alexander Garievich this on Sunday. He talented person.

SMS: Vladimir, what is this conflict with Gordon? You are friends with him!

Solovyov: He and I were never friends, we just worked together for a while. For some reason Sasha developed delusions of grandeur; he forgot who brought me to television. He had nothing to do with this. But the truth is that when we came to Ernst’s office and the conversation came up about salary, Gordon said - I want to get paid, no less than Solovyov. Gordon is simply having delusions of grandeur, as aging males tend to be, and it begins to seem as if the sun, too, is rising just so they can smoke a cigarette.

This is simply ridiculous - two Kabbalists are using the air of a popular radio station to sort out their personal relationships, and everyone turns a blind eye to this. I wonder how the director of the radio station, Dmitry Savitsky, feels about this? I understand that he is now more interested in a bed relationship with Ksenia Sobchak, but won’t his inaction lead to the fact that people will become uninterested in listening to the constant showdowns on the air, and because of two ganders, “Silver Rain” will lose its rating?

Finally, at least someone is starting to tell the truth about Vladimir Solovyov. Perhaps Alexander Gordon is not happy that Solovyov has already refused his offer to participate in the “Gordonquixote” program several times. In any case, it is interesting to watch the open debate between two media personalities. One of which is in favor and the other is in disgrace. We do not undertake to judge the reasons for this disgrace, but it seems from Gordon’s words that Soloviev is obsessed with some kind of persecution mania.
This audio recording risks becoming as popular and discussed as a verbal skirmish live between Ekaterina Gordon, ex-wife Alexander Gordon and her eternal glamorous sidekick - Ksenia Sobchak.
Jewish hero Vladimir Rudolfovich Soloviev, “who defeated half of the Presidential Administration.”

In 1997, Vladimir Rudolfovich immediately returned to his homeland as a DJ for the FM radio station “Silver Rain”. The country was finally beginning to experience GDP growth, and money was being invested in electronic media more than willingly. On-air colleague Alexander Gordon has already appeared on television with all his might with the show “New York, New York” and even migrated from the sixth button to the first, where he came up with two programs at once - one solo, where, in particular, he proved that Americans have never were on the Moon, the other with the paired conference “The Trial”, where two presenters, by lot, undertook to prove to the audience mutually exclusive versions of what was happening. So Solovyov junior got to big screen- in the show "The Trial", the subject of which was debate about the justice and righteousness of the law. It was then that journalist Vladimir Solovyov met on the way of Alexander Gordon, whose build suited the role of Sancho Panza.
Solovyov did not become a squire - he had his own ambitions. No less than Gordon’s (it’s not for nothing that each of them likes to create programs named after themselves). But Soloviev moved towards politics. More precisely - towards political journalism. His business card then came the program “To the Barrier!”, the design of which would quite clearly be repeated later in “Gordon Quixote”.

Television critics somehow immediately disliked Solovyov’s lean and arrogant counterpart on the air of “The Trial,” so the promotion of Vladimir Rudolfovich as an alternative to the “arrogant and narcissistic” Gordon was practically for nothing. For some reason, ORT viewers did not immediately grasp the fact that the game of good and evil investigator was built into the format from the very beginning. Meanwhile, the then owner of the channel, Boris Berezovsky, was already in full swing information wars with competitors, and the platform where the current main political duelist of the country made his debut was the starting point for him as a provocateur of future changes in public sentiment. In 2004, this almost ended with the nomination of Solovyov for president from the BAB party.
In the old days, such jack-of-all-trades people were called special propagandists. Without their criticism of Western Sovietologists and bourgeois sociologists, the bulk of Russian people would never have learned about the main currents of world thought, and so would have had at least an approximate idea of what is good and what is bad. So during the 2004 presidential campaign, which seemed to break all records of boringness, who, if not Vladimir Solovyov, told the world about the plane sent for him from London? Who, according to him, was offered to be a single candidate from the entire opposition for any money, just to overshadow Vladimir Putin, but he, being a patriot of his country, did not give Berezovsky a chance? Who told the world that Ivan Rybkin, like him, could simply be killed there in order to make him a martyr’s icon of resistance to the regime?
Vladimir Solovyov vehemently disliked Yegor Gaidar and Anatoly Chubais, and for this, in the age of struggle against the “young reformers” in the government of Boris Yeltsin, a lot was forgiven, including by both the democratically and oppositionally minded intelligentsia. True, even then Irina Petrovskaya remarked in her columns: “This man loves himself in art more than art in himself.” In general, working as a “face” for the master was only a way of making relatively honest money.

Vladimir Solovyov, as soon as he appeared on television, attracted the attention of the audience. At first, a combination of a powerful physique and a splashing temperament. After some time, he was already among the host of television stars. Having lost a significant part of his weight, Solovyov began to work even more actively, but his view of his own television future acquired a tinge of pessimism. But not simple pessimism, but heroic...
But Solovyov did not take on the role of the next “monster” in the program of his former friend “Gordon Quixote”.
Alexander Gordon: “He refused, and even twice, citing the fact that he had an exclusive with NTV, Vladimir Solovyov. I wanted to somehow get rid of my sin - after all, it was I who brought him to television.”
Immediately after the launch of the program, Solovyov turned 180 degrees in his comments, as often happens with him. He began accusing Gordon of all mortal sins, saying that Gordon stole his idea, promised to take him in for a share and deceived him. A new transmission– plagiarism of “To the Barrier”.
According to Gordon, “you can’t talk about the present on television today. Many “burned out” due to this (consciously - Sergei Dorenko, unconsciously - Evgeny Kiselev, and Vladimir Solovyov will soon burn out in the same way). This is a clearing where you can’t trample.”

Gordon about Solovyov

I feel guilty, very much, but not before Vladimir Solovyov, but before the entire multimillion-dollar audience of Russia. Because it was I who had the audacity to bring Vladimir Solovyov to television. And I want to somehow pay off this, because sometimes it doesn’t let me sleep, by inviting him to be one of the heroes in new program. And I’ll have a purely, heart-to-heart, heart-to-heart talk with Vladimir about how he ended up where he is now. Why does he do this and what does it give him? At the same time, I’ll answer the question I don’t remember from anyone: “Where can I make money?” I think he knows for sure.

Vladimir Solovyov is a “disposable man” policy. The power will change, other Solovievs will come. But Vladimir needs to erect a monument as a hero of labor! He has been broadcasting on the radio three times a week for eleven years! Plus two programs on television, writes books, conducts weddings... An honest journalist is one who has sold himself once. And Vladimir Solovyov is precisely distinguished by his flexible back. Vladimir Solovyov is a one-time journalist.

He is a very talented person, but where have his talents taken him now?

In my opinion, what he does on television is monstrous.
