In the children's version of the competition, mentors also cannot save their wards. This was also done on the advice of psychologists to eliminate the envy of children. Also, only one team participates in each match. At the end of all competitions, the remaining performers sing the song that was used during the blind auditions. According to the “knockout” song, the mentors leave only two participants.
Starting from the second season, the organizers of the Russian competition made another change. Now, through a telephone vote of viewers, mentors can leave one more performer on their team. He must be one of those who left the project, performing a “song to quit.”
