While working on the single, Anton decided that this music could help other children - those whom their parents abandoned. This is how the idea of a charity release arose, which will be carried out jointly with Sony Music Entertainment and the Bureau of Good Deeds foundation - all proceeds from the sale of the track will be donated to orphans in orphanages throughout the entire existence of the track.

A special page is dedicated to the charity release “Undercover” undercover.therrmaitz.com, where you can purchase the single, find out more details about the project, or help abandoned children by transferring money directly to the Bureau of Good Deeds fund.

“Handsome Simon is great, he behaves decently, lets me sleep and has even started eating right. And I think it’s time to say thank you to those who helped him be born. You know how much I love professionals, people who know exactly what... at what moment and whether it is necessary at all)) We were extremely lucky with the doctor, despite the anxious moments, I felt that everything was under control. “We got a great guy!”

Elena Plotnikova, “PRO Health”: Anton, you admitted that you panicked during your wife’s birth. Why?

Anton Belyaev: I was afraid for the lives of Yulia and Semyon. Childbirth is very scary, because the situation when one person becomes another and this is accompanied by an incredible amount of pain, and even before your eyes, is beyond a man’s understanding. In addition, during childbirth there was a very scary moment for us. Imagine, Semyon’s pulse suddenly jumped from 120 to 250 and began to fall again. We see all this on the monitor, we don’t understand anything, and the doctors don’t really explain anything. Of course, you can invade in an unnatural way, but still no one fully knows what is going on inside the woman, how the child feels. At such moments it is very scary.

- After everything you have experienced, do you regret being present at the birth?

No, I don’t regret it, why should I regret it? Of course, there are things that a man is better off not seeing. You know how people say: “Don’t go to childbirth, then you won’t love your wife!” This is nonsense, completely degenerate. A man just needs to understand what's best in certain places don't look. I stood near my wife’s head, trying to help her morally, because at such a moment complicity is very important. For a woman, childbirth is a serious stress, and another pair of hands, even frightened ones, is always useful. And again, the case with Semyon’s pulse - I wouldn’t want to be in such a situation alone, it’s better to have a familiar person nearby who will say: “Everything is fine!”

Your wife Julia admitted that with the advent of your son, you turned from a brutal man into a touching one. What does this mean?

It seems to me that I never turned into anyone, it always existed in me, I liked children. But there was no such thing that I wanted a child and at the age of 30 I thought: “Okay, I need to have a baby!” Although my friends have been actively asking me for the last 10 years: “Well, where is the heir? Who will you leave everything to?” And when suddenly this happened, my father mechanism turned on. I'm very happy with Semyon, he turned out to be a cool dude. Yulia and I are happy parents: great luck that the child is healthy, that he naturally receives his vitality, eats, and so on.

It’s easy for me to be a dad, everything is so cool that I don’t make any special efforts. Although I understand that it’s a little more difficult for Yulia.

By the way, young mothers are often afraid to leave their child with their husband: they say, it’s easier to cope on their own. Should you just be alone with your son?

Yes, the adaptation has already taken place. But what happened when we arrived from the maternity hospital and I was left alone with him for the first time - horror! I was afraid to take off his clothes in case I broke his arm! I take him to the bathroom, he starts screaming, and I think he’s dying of cold! I start to wash him, everything sticks to his skin, I can’t tear off the diaper with force: what if I tear off a piece of skin? Within 20 minutes I realized that I was standing over him, and sweat was pouring from me. When you are left alone with such a small creature, of course you are afraid that something will happen to him at any second.

“We fight for every listener!”

Anton, I know what’s in yours creative biography there was a month when you gave 40 concerts. Did you slow down with the birth of your child?

We took a short break at the end of Yulia’s pregnancy, and now we are also holding back a little. But in fact, there was no less work even with the break. After all, in addition to open concerts There are also closed ones - no one refuses money. We just agreed that my schedule would become more open. And my wife puts on the concerts as my immediate director, so it’s easy for her to say: “This won’t happen!” But in the fall the meat grinder began again - a new show “Songs” was added to the concerts on TV, where I play the role of a creative music producer, this is completely new to Russian show business approach to finding talent with the subsequent opportunity to work in one of the largest Russian labels.

I’ve heard this opinion about your group more than once: “The guys sing great, their songs are exciting, but it’s unclear for what audience!” Do you have an answer: who are your songs for?

Well, someone comes to our concerts (laughs). We are an alternative to the music that makes Russian pop. Once rap was at the forefront of shiny costumes and pop music, trying to fight simple lyrics and music, now rap has become mainstream and even pop music itself. We are doing something else, doing something that doesn’t exist yet, in very easy access. We fight for every listener, prove our right to life and show that we are needed.

- Do you have a portrait of your viewer in your head?

No, they are all very different. It's not just emo kids who wear leather jackets and eye makeup, and it's not just those who ride motorcycles. We are not trying to please any one part of the audience and we do not want to overwhelm people with our music. We simply show what we can do and gently ask: “Maybe this is right for you?” We differ from mainstream show business in that we do not pursue an aggressive policy, like some: whether you like it or not, you will listen to us. And, as it turns out, this is exactly what people need. Some of the viewers are very annoyed that the next award of the music channel tells him who he chose, although the award does not even know who he really likes. The award gives out awards according to its internal agreements, without noticing what listeners need. And what do we end up seeing? They pushed pop artists onto TV a couple of times through such awards, they flashed on the screen, and that’s it - they don’t collect concerts, people are not ready to buy tickets for them.

- But it is through such a screen that artists become recognizable!

We did research on this matter, at first we wanted to actively play our music on radio and channels, but then we realized that this was not very suitable for us. Yes, people watch your video, but they don’t start to believe that they can get satisfaction at a concert. For them, TV projects are beautiful statues. Not all, of course, but very many. That’s why we have so many groups that are not on TV, but that tour around the country and feel great.

Can't you get by without money?

- Can you tell us how your music is created? Do you write everything yourself?

Yes. But the text is globally inventing Victoria Zhukova, our vocalist, she has this responsibility. But there is no single recipe for creating such melodic, and even on foreign language, works like ours. For example, I can come up with a chorus, but the verse doesn’t work, and that’s it, then I just put it off until better times. This, by the way, happened with our song “Found U”. The chorus for it was stolen from the past, and from ourselves. And then a verse is strung on it. This is an infinite constructor. But sometimes a song is written from start to finish in 15 minutes.

The majority of people started talking about you and your group after the “Voice” project. As yours creative life changed after him?

There is more money! (Laughs.) Such projects provide access to spectators, to large venues. On my part it was a PR campaign, that's all. Even before “The Voice,” of course, we performed, earned money, everything worked out for us, but there was no strong financial support for a big push forward. We could have been at the same stage for another 70 years. And “Golos” gave this impetus.

- It turns out that without such shows, talented ordinary guys cannot make it?

Basically, yes, they are always offended by those with money, they believe that they are taking their place. And this is the problem with these guys. They need to understand that there will always be a niche for singing deputies, football players’ wives, rich sons and daughters. This won’t give them anything anyway - well, they’ll scroll around the channel for a year, two, three, they’ll realize that the costs aren’t recouped, there are still no full houses, and it’ll all be over. You won’t endlessly spend money on an unprofitable business. And you can’t fool the audience. They will look for good, high-quality music - and will find poor artists who break through only thanks to their talent.

“Music is consumption, not pleasure”

One of Russian performers said that we don’t have enough good music to constantly give various awards for it. Do you agree with this?

Part of our mentality is to believe that we are the only ones who have it bad. Actually this is not true. All over the world - in London, in New York - a popular radio station with some incredible garbage can be playing in a taxi. There will always be music of the moment. It has a shorter path to the consumer, but the path back is also faster - it quickly disappears. All this is being done due to the fact that the main pool of people feeding the industry are young people from 15 to 30 years old. For them, you need to make a new product every day, but, as you understand, it is impossible to do this every day with your soul.

Where did the donkey mascot go?

Anton, you are going to have a busy autumn and winter. A lot of work: the release of a new show, solo album, concerts, and then a parade New Year's corporate events not far away. Could you describe your ideal day? Full of tasks?

Just like today - almost without stress. A short interview, a few small work questions and an evening with the family. If you can also watch a movie, it will be perfect. I really like doing nothing, this almost never happens, but today I feel like I deserve it.

- Where is your famous donkey Plusha, with whom you never parted even on “The Voice”?

It has already been inherited by Semyon. Before the birth of the child, Plusha was always with me, just lying in the pocket of my backpack. And now, with the birth of my son, I left him in his crib and went on tour. Only in a strange city did I realize that I had forgotten Plusha: “How can I live without him?” I had to keep in touch with my wife and find out about the stuffed pet’s affairs. This is such an infantile habit.

The leader of the band Therr Maitz Anton Belyaev became a father for the first time. His wife Julia gave the musician his first child. Representatives of the artist informed StarHit about this. The star of the show “The Voice” and his wife have already chosen a name for the child - they named him Semyon.

The boy was born yesterday, May 22. Now the mother and newborn baby are feeling well and are preparing to go home. Fans of the artist rush to congratulate him on such significant event in his life.

Especially for the birth of his son, Belyaev presented a lullaby - the song Undercover.

“Semyon Antonich... maybe Simon. Bec - 3680 Height - 53. Born 24 hours. Healthy. Mom is fine too. I wrote him a lullaby and it turned into a charity project,” the artist admitted on the microblog.

Long before the birth, Yulia and Anton declassified the gender of the baby - they did not hide the fact that they were expecting a son. The artist’s wife had a premonition that she would become the mother of a boy. “We found out the gender – there will be a micro-Anton. By the way, I felt for a long time that I was expecting a boy. And for some reason our relatives also said: “We think you will have a son,” said Yulia.

The Belyaev couple understood that the birth of a baby would radically change their lives. The musician admitted that he would probably become more responsible and mature.

Despite the fact that the couple knew the sex of the baby, they could not agree in advance on the choice of name for the boy. Julia said that she wanted to name her son some extravagant name, and Anton was more inclined to “classic” options. The couple decided that it would be much better to decide after the birth of an heir. They assumed that The best decision will be accepted spontaneously.

“Meet our little seed: Semyon Antonovich Belyaev, aka Simon, aka Shimon. 24 hours of hardcore, and the baby is with us. Weight – 3680. Height – 53. We receive a lot of congratulations, I don’t have time to respond, but we see everything, thank you very much, this is a real waterfall of love!” - Julia thanked her fans for their congratulations.

While waiting for the child, Belyaev tried to surround his wife with maximum comfort and care. The couple thought for a long time about where it would be better for their child to be born. Some advised Julia to choose one of the maternity hospitals in Miami, as many famous mothers did. Friends also recommended clinics in Mexico, Spain or the Maldives. Despite many options, Yulia was more inclined to stay in Russia. The wife of the lead singer of the group Therr Maitz assumed that the weather would be wonderful in Moscow in the spring, and therefore wanted to stay in the capital.

Therr Maitz frontman Anton Belyaev, who became famous throughout the country for the program “The Voice,” makes no secret of his life - he talks in detail on social networks about himself, family and tours, and sometimes directly communicates with subscribers in the comments. Three months ago, Anton and his wife Yulia became happy parents - the couple had their first child, Semyon (who already even has his own Instagram). However, there were several moments in the musician’s biography that have long haunted us. And according to established tradition, we have not come up with more the right way dispel all questions once and for all by asking our hero’s wife, Yulia Belyaeva, about everything.

ELLE: Is it true that as a child Anton used pots, lids and other kitchen utensils as drum kits?

Yulia Belyaeva: I saw this in his childhood photographs. Whether he was acting for the truth or whether it was filmed as a joke, I don’t know. In general, it’s even funny - if you see his numerous childhood photographs, where he plays small fake drums or children’s pianos, and then you go to his studio and look at how he sits and how the musical equipment is arranged, then you will see that nothing has changed.

ELLE: Is it true that Anton was a pugnacious and difficult teenager as a child?

Yu.B.: Of course, his mother knows better about this ( laughs). But in general, yes, I heard that he was pugnacious, but that all went away when his teenage years ended. He never fought in front of me ( laughs).

ELLE: Is it true that Anton made his first money in Moscow by writing songs for the wives of some wealthy people?

Yu.B.: Yes, that happened. I caught the time when he was working at home - we had just started living together. And sometimes I heard him making some soundtracks and didn’t understand what was happening - everything was so different from his own style. These were Russian-language songs, some karaoke tracks and anthems. I also know that he wrote music for Tamara Gverdtsiteli and did several projects for Nikolai Baskov.

ELLE: Is it true that the name Therr Maitz was invented after a long drinking session and is not translated from any language and means nothing?

Yu.B.: I myself was not present at this, but everything was like that. It was already almost morning, the party was at that stage when no one understood anything and everyone around them was insane. Anton was supposed to perform somewhere with his musicians the next day, and the regulations required a name for the group, but there was none. The brainstorm began. At some point, the guys saw ants crawling across the sticky table, covered in cola and martini. And all this took place on high floor high-rise buildings in the center of Khabarovsk - where do they get them from? “The ants came to the party” - everyone was so amused that they began to build on it - ants, termites - and, in general, thus the name Therr Maitz was born (pronounced “Ter mates” - NoteELLE). It was in 2004, thirteen years ago. An interesting fact came to light when we arrived in Yerevan for concerts. Our Armenian friends told us that in their language it sounds like “ter mets” - this translates as “father Almighty” or “great master”.

ELLE: Is it true that you insisted that Anton go to Golos?

Yu.B.: Yes, I was among those people who insisted on this. But besides me, Anton was also influenced by the editors of “Voice” and other employees of Channel One involved in this project. They are constantly watching new groups at different venues, and by that time they had long noticed Anton during his Moscow performances, and convinced him of this.

ELLE: Is it true that Anton passed the casting in the first season, but refused to participate because he was scared?

Yu.B.: No, that's not the point. At that time, four labels offered Anton contracts. Everyone ruled out the possibility of participating in “The Voice.” main reason was in it. But before the second season he was hesitant, yes. I remember our conversation with him - we were in the fitness center, lying in the jacuzzi. At that time, there was a lot of talk among musicians about this project. Anton categorically did not want to participate in it, since he felt like an alternative musician. “Where am I and where is Channel One! - he said. “How will I go there with my electronic music?” I understood his doubts - after all, this audience is mainly women over fifty, mainly from the provinces, who love talk shows. We talked for a long time, I reasoned like this: “You are a musician, you love to create and play music. All you need is a stage, a piano and a microphone. All. The viewers of Channel One may not like you, but you won’t lose anything from it.” And then Vika Zhuk (vocalist Therr Maitz - ELLE’s note) called, who was going to this casting herself the next day, and said, “Well, Anton, shall we go?” - That’s when he finally gave up.

ELLE: Is it true that the decisive reason to participate in the project was the need to pay rent?

Yu.B.: Not really. We had money to pay the rent, but this is partly true. Until recently, we lived in a two-room apartment on Leninsky. She was cool, and the house was located directly opposite Neskuchny Garden. But let’s say this: before “Golos” and after “Golos” the financial situation changed, to be honest, it’s clearly better side, now we live in a spacious house, in a very green place.

ELLE: Is it true that you and Anton met by chance when he walked into a cafe after a friend’s wedding.

Yu.B.: Yes it's true. Moreover, it was not just a friend, but Therr Maitz sound engineer Ilya Lukashev. It was 2010, in “Yaposh” on Dmitrovka (now in its place there is a snack bar “Voronezh” - ELLE note). Anton and the company were finishing up the wedding, and my friends and I stopped there on the way to Simachev.

ELLE: Is it true that he then performed for you Magdalena’s aria from the musical “Jesus Christ Superstar”?
Yu.B.: This is a blatant lie! Write it down! (laughs) Actually, the truth is that he promised to sing it to me seven years ago, but he never did. I love this musical and this particular aria. We need to remind him!

ELLE: Is it true that Anton proposed to you simply by handing you a toothbrush?

Yu.B.: No, it wasn't like that. He actually gave me a toothbrush, but that was a year before the proposal. I asked him about this myself, because we were leaving the party in the morning, and I understood that I would stay with him. I remember that when I voiced this request to him, his eyes sparkled with happiness. And the proposal happened a year and a couple of months after we met, on my birthday. During the concert, Anton stopped the performance, called me onto the stage, and when I got up, I intuitively understood what would happen next. I didn’t know what awaited me in the evening, but all that day in the morning my heart was pounding wildly and I was shaking wildly. I couldn’t even draw the arrows straight and thought about staying at home. When Anton proposed to me on stage, I was amazed that my heart felt it all. I will never forget that moment - my girls laughed and cried with happiness with me, drummer Boris shouted “Goodbye, Anton!”, the whole audience applauded us. Everything was like in a movie!

ELLE: Is it true that back side yours and Anton wedding rings engraved Don"t Panic?

Yu.B.: Yes it's true. This is our credo with Anton. The roots of this phrase go back to the book The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy by Douglas Adams and our favorite movie based on it.

ELLE: Is it true that Anton loves everything Japanese?

Yu.B.: Yes, he loves Japan and Japanese things. Perhaps this is due to the fact that he spent his childhood on Far East, and even then I was able to appreciate the quality of Japanese goods. He shared memories of how one of his friends was brought clothes or gifts from there, and it was very cool. He loves Japanese clothes, jewelry, we have Japanese shampoos in our bathroom, our two month old son We buy Japanese diapers for Semyon. Therr Maitz's newest album - Tokyo Roof was recorded in Tokyo on the roof of one of the high-rise buildings. In general, yes, Anton loves everything Japanese.

ELLE: Is it true that Anton good vision, but does he wear glasses as an accessory?

Yu.B.: Yes, glasses are an accessory for him. When we met him, he had not yet come to this image, although he wore them from time to time. For example, six months before we met, he went to record a project in Kazakhstan. So there, judging by the photographs, he was wearing glasses. He started wearing them all the time after filming the Doctor video. By the way, his glasses are also Japanese.

ELLE: Is it true that Anton has aerophobia?

Yu.B.: He had it before - aerophobia, supplemented by oceanophobia. I remember once we were flying to Brazil, and he squeezed my hand really, really tightly. Especially during takeoff and landing. But now he has already gotten rid of all this - since he has to fly a lot. So these phobias have exhausted themselves.

ELLE: Is it true that Anton doesn’t spend much time on Instagram, and the 13 accounts he follows are all members of Therr Maitz?

Yu.B.: Look. In his account @therrmaitz he follows 13 people - all the band members and family. He doesn't subscribe to anyone else. However, he spends a lot of time on social networks. He often comes to our groups and official accounts to interact with fans. And, for example, the road home after the concert looks like this: we get into the car, and he starts looking at what the audience who was at the concert wrote, monitoring the audience’s reviews. He reads everything carefully. Maybe like something, chat with someone personally. Our fans really appreciate this.

ELLE: Is it true that Anton’s fee is from two million rubles?

Yu.B.: This is not an entirely true statement. Two million is, say, the upper limit, if we're talking about about a custom concert. Usually, we are talking about smaller amounts.

PHOTO Instagram / @umi_chaska

ELLE: Is it true that Anton constantly swears?

Yu.B.: Yes it's true. I'm even worried about what our son's first word will be like. When we met, I couldn’t stand it when people used foul language in front of me - I either demanded that it stop, or excluded such people from my social circle. However, Anton's case is special. I remember when he called me and invited me on a date, he was already swearing on the phone. But he does it somehow... skillfully or something. Funny, funny and intelligent. Sometimes this relieves tension or awkwardness. This is not mindless, unconscious swearing. This is a specific mat that is cool!

ELLE: Is it true that Anton forbade you to do anything with your face? Do plastic surgery and injections?

Yu.B.: This is true. When we met, for many years I walked exclusively in stiletto heels, exclusively with arrows on my eyes and dyed hair. The day after Anton bought me a toothbrush, we went to the pool together. There he saw me without makeup and said: “Lord, you are so beautiful without makeup!” and forbade me to wear makeup and wear heels, saying that I looked like a schoolgirl. And for me then it was tantamount to walking naked. But I was very captivated by the fact that I can be unkempt, unmade up, but they still appreciate me and perceive my natural beauty. Once I had a minor manipulation done by a cosmetologist, after which I got a bruise. Anton then told me “God forbid you do something to yourself!”, and after that we did not return to this topic.

PHOTO Instagram / @umi_chaska

ELLE: Is it true that you sent Anton’s photo to Sony Pictures for the casting of the role of the new Agent 007 and they became interested in him?

Yu.B.: Yes it's true. I remember the moment when they answered me: Anton and I were flying to Barcelona for the Primavera festival, we were already sitting on the plane. I went to my mail and saw that I had received a letter with an offer to go through the casting tomorrow. And an address in New York. My first thought was to immediately get off the plane and buy a ticket to New York. But Anton refused then. Sometimes I think I should have made him get off the plane. But he says that he is not an actor, but a musician. Meaning that if you are going to do something, then be the best at what you do. That was the end of it.

ELLE: Is it true that Plush the Donkey was originally yours?

Yu.B.: Yes, Anton bought it for me at the same time as the toothbrush. We wandered around the ABC of Taste for a long time, and he bought it unnoticed, handing it over right in front of the entrance to his house, saying, “Keep your freak.” It was so cute on the one hand that, among the bunnies, bears and other toys, he bought this most unsympathetic donkey, on the other hand it’s a shame that he called him a freak. Despite the so-called ugliness, I began to zealously love this toy. ( Laughs) And now it belongs to Semyon.

ELLE: Is it true that Anton's favorite designer is Rick Owens?

Yu.B.: Yes, it makes up a significant part of his wardrobe. And mine too, by the way.

Musician Date of birth September 18 (Virgo) 1979 (39) Place of birth Magadan Instagram @therrmaitz

Russia started talking about Anton Belyaev thanks to the “Voice-2” project, in which he unsurpassedly performed a cover of the song “Wicked Game” by Chris Isaac, accompanying himself on the piano. However, his music career started long before the show. He is the founder, composer and vocalist of the famous music group Therr Maitz. The pleasant velvety timbre of his voice leaves few people indifferent.

Biography of Anton Belyaev

Anton was born on September 18, 1979 in an ordinary family that has nothing to do with art. They lived then in Magadan. Mom taught computer science, dad worked in a computer center. Anton has an older sister, Lilia.

The boy is already with early childhood showed his talent for music. His parents did not interfere with this, and when Anton was 5, they sent him to study at music school in piano class. The boy dreamed of playing the drums, but children under 9 were not accepted there. Having easily mastered the piano and grand piano, Anton took part in many children's music competitions and repeatedly became a prize-winner in them.

As a teenager, Anton, like all boys, made his parents nervous. For too violent behavior at the age of 15 he was expelled from a gymnasium with in-depth study in English. After finishing 9th grade at school, he entered School of Music, but was expelled from there too.

The situation was saved by the fact that Evgeny Chernonog invited the guy to his jazz studio. When Anton was 16, he was already a member of a jazz orchestra and recorded several compositions performed on two pianos together with Evgeniy Chernonog. This helped the guy direct his energy in a “peaceful” direction and not let his life derail.

At the age of 18, Belyaev began his studies at the Khabarovsk State Institute of Cinematography at the department pop music. He studied well and earned an increased scholarship. And at night Anton played in nightclubs. He completed his studies at the university in 2002.

In 2004, Belyaev formed the group Therr Maitz. The guys played in the Rus club, owned by Anton Vadimovich Belyaev himself. In 2005, we managed to conclude an agreement and go on tour to clubs largest cities Japan. However, since 2006, team members have dispersed under different work contracts. Anton went to Moscow, where he worked in a recording studio as an arranger and producer. He has collaborated with many celebrities. However, it was just work; musician Anton Belyaev did not give up the dream of returning to his own creativity.

In May 2010 Therr Maitz got back together. Belyaev played keyboards, sang and wrote music for the group. Its composition changed several times, it was finally formed in 2011, and now it includes 6 people: Anton Belyaev, Victoria Zhuk, Boris Ionov, Ilya Lukashev, Artem Tildikov, Nikolai Sarabyanov. The main genre of music is indie.

The group has participated in many music festivals and concerts:

  • Estate Jazz;
  • Republic of KaZantip;
  • Red Rocks;
  • Maxidrom;
